I figured I’d go ahead and breakdown the next few days for you, just to be safe.
December 19th — Jump squats and jogging; j’adore!
Jump Squats: Stand with feet hip-width apart, and your hands in a comfortable position. Jump up, and then land in your squat position. Repeat 25 times.
Jog in Place: You are all highly intelligent people. I am just going to assume you know how to do this. 🙂
