Happy Monday, y’all! Who’s ready to conquer a new week? It’s not too late to start the challenge, if you haven’t already. Better late than never!

How many times have we all felt like this while trying to get ready for a holiday party?

Only every.single.time. right? Conquer tonight’s challenge, and I guarantee that feeling will fly right out the door like the Whos decorations.

Mountain Climbers: Begin in a push-up position. Bring your right knee in towards your chest, resting your foot on the floor. Jump up and switch feet in the air, bringing your left foot in and your right foot back. Continue alternating your feet as fast as you safely can.

Next up, jumping jacks. Everyone knows how to do these, right? P.E. 101, y’all.

Time to stretch your hamstrings and calves!

Hamstring Stretch: Stand with feet together. Bend down towards your toes and hold.

Calf Stretch: Stand with your left leg bent in front of you and your right leg straight out behind you. Bend your left knee until you feel the stretch in your right calf. Repeat with opposite legs.

Almost done! Skips in place and burpees; let’s go!

Skips in Place: You know how to skip. Now, just do it in place. Keep your core tight, and swing your arms for extra momentum.

Burpees: Get into a squat position with your hands on the floor out in front of you. Kick your feet back into a push-up position, and return your feet back to the squat position as fast as possible. Immediately jump up into the air as high as you can.

So there you have it — today and tomorrow’s challenge. Start your week off right and go as hard as you can.
