When I’m not training my sweet clients, writing on Fit is Chic, or working out myself, I’m in my living room coming up with new workouts. Resistance bands, dumbbells, balls, bars, you name it; I utilize it. And since I’ve had quite a few followers contacting me lately requesting workout ideas, I thought I’d share this new circuit with all of you.
Traditional cardio can get really old really quick, that’s why fast circuits are my favorite thing ever. They’re fast, effective and fun. Ok, they’re not always fun..this particular one kicks my butt, but you get the point. So if you’re suffering from a case of gym-boredom, try this circuit to kick your body into high gear.
Three of my clients have tried this circuit so far, and they rocked it! If you’re a beginner in fast-paced circuit training, it may take you a little longer at first, but you’ll be flying through it before you know it. Just don’t give up.
If you do this circuit at least four times a week, I can guarantee the following three things:
1. You will feel five times stronger after just one week.
2. You will sleep better.
3. You will feel like be a badass.
So here’s the deal — Try this circuit, take a selfie, and post it to Fit is Chic’s Facebook page, or tag me on Instagram using the hashtag #FitisChic. Share your success/progress with me, and let everyone else know how hard you’re working. It’s amazing what a little support and motivation can do.
I hope you’re all having a fabulous week! Stay fit (& chic), friends. Xo
Love this and will use it in my hotel room while out of town next week! Question: if I’ve got 45 mins five days a week and wanting to loose inches and get done how should I allocate time to cardio vs strength training?
