How stinkin’ H O T has this Texas weather been lately, y’all? I feel like I’ve been living in front of the fan/trying to crawl in my fridge. Ha! But like, seriously though. It’s a little miserable if you’re not in a pool or standing in the sprinklers.
I love getting to workout outside with my clients. It puts everyone in a better mood; and Vitamin D is just good for the soul. Luckily, the bulk of my girls come in the late afternoon or early in the morning; so we’ve been able to continue our outdoorsy-ness. (With the help of a little sprinkler. Thanks, Little Sister!)
I’ve been super into circuit training lately. It’s way more fun to do outside; and it’s even better when you have a group of friends! A little extra motivation never hurts. 😉  I have a few girls who train together; and watching them motivate one another, through the circuits, makes my heart happy. #trainerpride
Today I’m sharing one of my favorite Circuit Workouts with you. (Because I love y’all. And because it’s Monday, and we ALL need our asses kicked.) The workout consists of three different circuits; and each circuit is five minutes. You’ll run through the full thing two times through. It’s a quick 30-minute full-body workout that WORKS!
Equipment needed:
1. Two dumbbells (at least 10 lb.)
2. Weighted ball
3. Workout mat
You can do this workout in the gym, in your living room, or outside in your backyard. It’s a fun group-vacay workout, too! 🙂
As always, don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
