When it comes to hair products, I might possibly be the pickiest person on the planet. Read: Picky, not snobby — huge difference. I don’t give a rip about the most expensive thing on the market, I just want (and need) what works.
And thanks to Dear Clark, I have discovered my favorite new hair secret.
Dear Clark Resurrecting Wash is God’s gift to stressed hair. And don’t even get me started on the smell. Heaven. Rose of Jericho, aloe vera, and sunflower seed oil are the active ingredients in this soothing shampoo. Bravo, Dear Clark! You’ve nailed the holy trinity of hair care.
My favorite part of this duo is the Resurrecting Rinse; and the fact that it’s called a rinse rather than a conditioner is everything. It’s super light, color safe, and keratin safe; and it literally brings your hair back to life. *Note: Since the conditioner is so light, I use a bit more on my ends to keep my tangles in check.
Here’s the kicker — Even after a 45-minute run, 100 lunges, jump squats, and deadlifts, my hair still smelled like heaven. What?!
As a woman with an extremely active lifestyle, a wash and rinse that heals my hair with zero added effort is perfect.
And did I mention this stuff is made in Texas? Even better, right?
All my Dallas babes, Holly Dear and Kaycee Clark have a fabulous salon in Uptown. Do yourself a favor and check it out! As D Magazine’s Editor’s Choice for Best Hair Salon in Dallas, they won’t disappoint.
