True Life: I’m Still a Cheerleader

Rolling out of bed, slipping into my workout clothes, and getting ready for the morning in 3.5 minutes (seriously, I’ve got it down to a science now) has become a routine I’ve grown quite fond of. I think I’d kick and scream if I ever had to wear office make-up (or clothes) every day again.

It takes about two minutes, after my alarm goes off, to shake off the OMG-I-literally-cannot-get-out-of-this-bed. Yup, every morning I have to give myself a two-minute pep talk…that may or may not require a few cuss words. GTFO outta bedddddd! You’ve got lives to change, betch.

Ok, changing lives might be a stretch; but I am for sure changing some bodies.

Who would’ve thought after four years in college, a PR degree, a couple jobs, life lessons, and heartbreaks, I’d come full circle right back to where I shone the brightest — cheering people on. It’s my calling; always has been, always will be.

True Life: I’m still a “cheerleader”. And I’m totally ok with that.

It’s been a while since you all have seen any of my clients’ progress. Mainly due to them being humble and not wanting to show off, but that’s what I’m for. 😉

I train, I cheer on, and I document. What’s progress if you don’t really know how far you’ve come? I can preach all day long about how well someone’s doing, or how much faster they’re completing a set. But it doesn’t mean a damn thing until they see it.

Three months and fifteen pounds (lighter) later, this girl puts the transformation in #TransformationTuesday. She trains with me three days a week, y’all. THREE DAYS A WEEK. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: changing your body IS possible.

Don’t think you can do it? Email me. Message me. Read my blog. Whatever helps. I’m here to cheer you on! Xo

Stay fit, friends!

Love, Mattie Claire
