Build a Bikini Backside

It may be August, but summer is NOT over; and bikini season is far from over. I like to think every season is bikini season. It keeps me motivated! 😉

With bikinis becoming skimpier and skimpier, a tight rear-end is crucial. But let’s face it, bikini-clad or not, a high and tight rear-end is everything.

Super skinny bodies with flat booties are just not in anymore, girlfriend. It’s time to buck up and drop it like it’s hot!

Cut down on your cardio for a bit, and add this little workout into your routine. Complete this circuit 2 times through, 2-3 times per week, and track your progress. You will like what you see in the mirror. Trust me.

For advanced athletes, complete each exercise with at least 15 lbs. Feel free to increase your weights each week. (I do this circuit with a 20 lb. dumbbell.)

For beginner athletes, stay conscious of your form. Dig into your heels on the way up from your squats, and really concentrate on those glute muscles. Keep your core tight, and chin up. Once you’ve mastered this circuit, and feel like you can add some weight, go for it!
