One of my favorite parts about this blog is when I get to share my clients’ progress with all of you. It’s rewarding for me, it’s inspiration for you, and it’s incredibly motivating to the girls I train.

A little over a month ago, I started training a fellow sorority sister. She signed up for two months up front, training three times per week. And keep in mind, each session with me is only thirty minutes. So, that’s 90 minutes of exercise (with me) per week.
She didn’t have any crazy, unreachable fitness goals. She simply wanted to gain some self confidence; and she wanted her clothes to fit more comfortably.
Her determination is unwavering, and it most definitely shows! Take a look at how far she’s come:

It’s so exciting to see how far she’s come in just a little over a month; and I can’t wait to see her results at the end of the summer.
